• Take technical ownership of solutions, ensuring high-quality code and design.
• Implement and advocate for strong design patterns and best practices.
• Challenge and be challenged on the implementation of solutions by the team.
• Act as an advocate for agile methodologies, including scrum, standups, planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Forward-thinking in infrastructure setup, working closely with DevOps teams.

• Strong experience with .NET and C#.
• Expertise in HTML and CSS.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies.
• Strong background in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with AWS.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading an engineering team.
