• Source and identify qualified technical candidates' CVs in the US.
• Communicate effectively with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure alignment.
• Send CVs promptly to meet the client's needs, ensuring delivery before the start of their shift in Central Time.
• Collaborate with the client and recruitment team through meetings (no initial calls required) to discuss candidate suitability and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of sourced CVs and candidate interactions.

• Proven experience in CV sourcing within the technical domain, specifically in the US market.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible hours aligning with PH or UK time zones.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to candidate sourcing.
