Job Description:
  • Led the architecture, design, and development of websites and digital solutions using Episerver/Optimizely CMS, ensuring best practices and industry standards were met.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, QAs, UX/UI specialists, and other developers to create seamless and responsive digital experiences.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Episerver/Optimizely implementations through effective design and coding practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to maintain high-quality code and meet project deadlines.
  • Integrate Episerver/Optimizely solutions with third-party applications and services to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Provide technical leadership in problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Episerver/Optimizely features, updates, and best practices to drive innovation and technical excellence within the team.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years focused on Episerver/Optimizely CMS and Commerce development.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver complex web solutions on the Episerver/Optimizely platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio of projects that showcases your expertise in Episerver/Optimizely development.
  • Episerver/Optimizely CMS Developer Certification is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage and lead meetings, workshops, and project playbacks to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and solution-focused at all times.
  • Calm under pressure and able to lead others in the same manner.
  • Able to present the relative merits and associated risks of any proposed project solutions.
