Role Overview:

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. Your expertise in any .NET-based CMS will drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and innovative digital experiences. While prior experience with Optimizely CMS is not mandatory, candidates will receive comprehensive training and certification in Optimizely, empowering them to lead in this space. This senior-level role also includes mentoring junior developers and ensuring technical excellence across the team.

Job Description:

Lead the design and architecture of digital solutions using .NET CMS platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, QAs, and UX/UI specialists.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security in CMS implementations.
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing for quality assurance.
Integrate CMS platforms, including Optimizely, with third-party applications to enhance functionality.
Stay updated on CMS features and best practices to promote innovation.
Provide technical leadership in solving complex problems.
Guide and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of web development experience, with proven expertise in any .NET-based CMS (e.g., Umbraco, Sitecore, Kentico, etc.).
Strong expertise in .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Proven ability to architect and deliver complex web solutions on CMS platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Nice to Have

Previous experience with Optimizely CMS is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
Optimizely CMS Developer Certification (can be obtained through our provided training).
Demonstrated experience in integrating CMS platforms with third-party services.
