• Develop, build, and maintain reliable SAP CX(Hybris) applications
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of deliverables by adhering to coding standards and best practices
• Work closely with architecture and design teams to adopt best practices and implement solutions that are both scalable and maintainable over time.
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and implement new features as prioritized, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team environment that encourages open communication and mutual support.
• Facilitate clear and efficient communication within the team and across departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Responsible for the development, maintenance, testing, and deployment of Hybris PIM solutions, ensuring they meet functional requirements and quality standards.
• Ensure the team follows best practices and coding standards in Hybris development.
• Conduct thorough peer code reviews to ensure code quality, identify areas for improvement, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

• Solid understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture, including Object-Oriented concepts and the MVC paradigm.
• Strong hands-on experience in customizing Hybris-based e-commerce applications, including Hybris CMS and the e-commerce suite (WCMS, Solr, HMC, CMS & Product Cockpit, Admin Console, CronJobs, ImpEx, Import/Export Service, Catalogs, Categories, Products).
• Hands-on experience with the Spring framework and Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services-based systems.
• Experience in publishing and consuming web services.
• Experience with various code management, code quality, and continuous integration tools, including JIRA, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.
• Experience with web containers such as Apache Tomcat.
• SAP Hybris Developer certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering Hybris projects.
