• Engage with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their business needs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to translate client requirements into detailed specifications for implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive discussions around project scope and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between clients and developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Review and validate technical solutions proposed by the development team to ensure they meet client expectations.
• Assist in creating project documentation, including requirements specifications, user stories, and scope statements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation, ensuring they maximize their Salesforce investment.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on requirements gathering and scoping.
• A background in Salesforce development or programming is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, including customizations, integrations, and reporting.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
