Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Admin to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage inbound demo requests, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients and guiding them through the demo booking process. This role requires quick response times, with calls and emails sent within 10 minutes of receiving a demo request. The ideal candidate will work closely with each lead for up to five weeks to ensure they attend a scheduled demo.

Client Overview:

The client is a specialist in digital solutions for research production and distribution, offering expertise in HTML5 publishing, data distribution workflows, and custom dashboards for research users. With a deep understanding of the complexities in publishing and research dissemination, their team is skilled in delivering high-quality, tailored digital solutions. They prioritize integrity, technical precision, and efficient, clear communication in every project.

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly respond to inbound demo requests by phone and email, aiming to reach each prospect within 10 minutes of their request.
  • Schedule demos for prospects using Google Calendar, ensuring efficient coordination across time zones.
  • Follow up with prospects for up to five weeks, managing and rescheduling as needed to ensure attendance.
  • Address basic questions and assist prospects, providing a seamless experience and a professional brand image.
  • Serve as the primary representative for the client, engaging with prospects globally and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and a VOIP phone system like Aircall.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous customer-facing experience in sales or customer support.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Highly responsive and organized, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • A natural communicator who can represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on ensuring prospect attendance at scheduled demos.
