We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills combined with excellent leadership abilities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget.
• Manage project execution to ensure adherence to timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, problems, and solutions.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of successful Agile project delivery.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management within software implementation projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple Agile projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
