• Take charge of projects and make independent, strategic decisions.

• Proven experience in full-stack development with serverless technologies.
• At least 5 years of experience as a developer.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with React.
• At least 4 years of experience with Next.js.
• Demonstrates a clear vision and perspective on UI/UX best practices.
• Experience in using TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Drizzle, and Inngest.
• Strong understanding of serverless architecture and best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently.
• Collaborate effectively with a lean, high-trust team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address complex issues.
• Experience managing projects through their entire lifecycle.
• Familiarity with additional modern web technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and serverless infrastructure.
• Knowledge of best practices in software development and deployment.
