Role Overview:
  • Skills: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and automating processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, scalability, and security of our systems, as well as streamlining development and deployment processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS) to support application deployment and scaling.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Write and maintain scripts (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
  • Implement and manage containerization solutions with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems using monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
  • Apply network security principles to ensure robust system protection.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and enforce best practices for version control with Git.

Candidate Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps roles.
  • Strong experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS).
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
  • Understanding of network security principles.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Ability to automate repetitive tasks and processes effectively.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with serverless architecture.
  • Familiarity with database management solutions (e.g., RDS, DynamoDB).
