We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for driving our business growth by identifying potential clients, conducting direct outreach, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, a successful track record of achievement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, with support from the Lead Generation team.
  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Direct Outreach: Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails and social media to generate interest in our services.
  • B2B Selling: Effectively communicate Cloud Employee’s value proposition to decision-makers within target companies.
  • Appointment Setting: Use pre-qualification questions and scripts to set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Growth and Managing Director to align on strategies and objectives.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities, pipeline status, and appointment outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in business development, appointment setting, sales, or a similar role (Bonus points if worked in Offshore Staffing/IT recruitment industries).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools.
