We are seeking a QA Engineer to join the Technology Team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our digital offerings. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about delivering exceptional software solutions that delight millions of customers.

• Collaborating with development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user stories.
• Designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Performing functional, integration, acceptance, and API testing.
• Identifying root causes of defects and working closely with developers to resolve them.
• Participating in sprint ceremonies and providing QA feedback.
• Conducting regression and post-release testing.
• Enhancing testing processes within the QA team to build efficiency and trust.
• Reporting test progress, results, and quality risks to stakeholders.

• Proven experience in testing web applications and eCommerce platforms.
• Strong proficiency in writing and executing manual and automated test cases.
• Familiarity with test management tools e.g. TestRail, qTest, or Zephyr.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks e.g Cypress or Playwright.
• Expertise in API testing with tools like Postman or RestAPI.
• Solid understanding of mobile-first testing principles.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional proficiency inEnglish (written, verbal, and listening skills) to effectively communicate and collaborate within a diverse team.
• Experienced mentor capable of supporting and guiding two QA Engineers, serving as a technical resource and providing support for complex tasks and role-specific queries.
• Extensive experience as a QA Engineer, showcasing a solid number of years working in the field with comprehensive knowledge of QA practices and methodologies.

• Experience with advanced CI/CD pipeline integrations.
