You are an exceptional Senior/ Lead Web Engineer who is interested in modernizing legacy web applications to the latest technologies to deliver industry leading systems, with results that go directly to the bottom line.

• Lead the design and development of web applications using React JS.
• Provide creative and elegant solutions to complex problems.
• Work with solution architects to define component structures and data flow.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices for React development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and backend developers.
• Mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement security best practices.
• Proactively identify and resolve application and performance issues while continuously monitoring and maintaining performance SLAs.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in React and front-end development.

• Minimum of 8+ years in development with a focus on Web Portals and customer-facing applications.
• 5+ years of experience with full stack technologies such as React JS, Node.JS, REST API, .NET Core & .NET Framework, with a strong focus on React JS and .NET.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management integrations, such as JWT/OAuth.
• Prepare and maintain technical specification documentation.
• Prior experience in modernizing legacy applications.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and verbal skills with a strong customer service focus.
• Work together with the Quality Assurance team to prepare test plans/test cases, define test execution methodology, and perform tests. Identify and fix any defects.
• Work together with the system operation team to ensure system stability and maintain high availability.
• Collaborate with your team and others to deliver high-grade, robust, and scalable features.
• Experience working with agile teams and methodologies, especially in globally distributed environments.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, with a development/systems background.
• Experience working with diverse teams across multiple countries and companies.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset.

• Familiarity with Self-Service Portal.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including AWS Lambda, AWS ECS/App Runner, API Gateway, and S3.
• Knowledge and experience in handling DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Broad understanding of Cloud-native software design and implementation using Containers and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with migrating .NET applications to .NET Core or React.js.
• Degree level BEng in Technical.
• Preferred: Certification in AWS or other Cloud vendors.
