Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to design and oversee scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions that align with business objectives. The role involves documenting current systems, creating innovative architectural designs, planning seamless integrations, and evaluating emerging technologies to drive digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TOGAF, AWS, and integration technologies like APIs and microservices, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead technical initiatives.

Job Description:
  • Conduct detailed analyses of existing systems, applications, and technology infrastructure, creating comprehensive documentation of system architecture, data flows, and integration points.
  • Develop architectural designs for new systems that align with business goals, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Plan and design the integration of new solutions with existing systems, addressing potential challenges and developing strategies to overcome them.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and align architectural designs with business objectives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive digital transformation.
  • Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Lead architectural initiatives, providing technical guidance and oversight to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of architectural solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, system design, and integration.
  • Proficiency in architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), with a focus on AWS, and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, microservices).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex systems and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive architectural initiatives.

Optional Skills:
  • Additional certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF certification).
  • Experience with advanced integration technologies or patterns (e.g., event-driven architectures, serverless computing).
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in technology implementations.
