What You’ll Do:

Outreach & Prospecting

  • Build awareness and attract inbound leads through a strategic LinkedIn content and engagement plan—we provide the framework, coaching, and content writer support to help you craft compelling posts.
  • Develop a consistent LinkedIn presence, positioning yourself as a go-to expert in hiring, scaling teams, and IT staff augmentation.
  • Use a video-first and LinkedIn-driven approach to engage tech leads, CTOs, hiring managers, and startup founders.
  • Leverage Loom videos, voice notes, and personalized LinkedIn messaging to cut through the noise and drive conversations.

Pitching & Personal Branding

  • Create engaging video pitches to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Post regular LinkedIn content (we provide a strategy + coach) to showcase insights on hiring, scaling teams, and IT staff augmentation.
  • Become a credible industry voice that attracts inbound leads and boosts your success rate.

Pipeline Development & Pitching

  • Run initial discovery calls, qualify prospects, and move them down the pipeline to our recruitment team.
  • Be prepared to Follow up – persistence wins deals.

Closing & Revenue Growth

  • Not just booking meetings – you’ll have opportunities to close deals and earn commission.
  • Work alongside senior AEs and recruiters to bring on new clients.
  • Be part of a scalable sales system where you can move up fast.

Who You Are:

  • Natural communicator & video-first salesperson – You love speaking with people and know how to grab attention.
  • Passionate about posting on social media – You’re excited to build a personal brand content strategy to attract leads.
  • Creative & engaging – You naturally think outside the box.
  • Resilient & tenacious – You don’t stop at the first ‘no’ and always find a way forward.
  • Process-driven but adaptable – You can work a pipeline, follow a sales process, and adjust to get better results.
  • Motivated by commission & fast growth – You want to earn big money and move up quickly.

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of BDR, SDR, or outbound sales and pitching experience – ideally in B2B
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and especially video-based.
  • UK-based, able to meet in London each month.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, Loom, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
  • A growth mindset – you’re excited to learn, experiment, and improve.
