- A desktop application that automates QA testing of the product(call center
- technology).
- By using the company’s API, the application automatically dial and calls the server and send DTMF options depending on the test case produced by the Visio Addin developed during Microsourcing timeline.

FRS Generation Tool
- A web application in its first phase of development of an integrated system that is used both by US partners and local employees. It basically let the US partners select options and will generate a document for local employees to download and use.
- C# ASP.NET using MVC, MSSQL, Entity Framework, and Identity. Also used HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap.
Visio Add in
- An add in for Microsoft Visio that lets the user generate test cases from the customized diagrams in the Visio file. The program starts with the first shape then traverse on all connected shapes to it. It then create test case for each process depending on the shapes. The output of this application are excel for the list of test cases and xml file which contain the paths created to be used by another application.

Automated System Testing
- A web application that is used to automatically compare test data with the settings of the application server. The users is required to upload test case and the application will compare it to the server. This is to lessen the ocular testing done by the Quality Assurance team within the server.
