We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves working on a variety of projects, ensuring the quality and functionality of websites, mobile apps, and internal applications. The Test Engineer will collaborate closely with both onshore and offshore teams to meet client requirements and ensure that products are free of defects. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, a quick learner and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Execute detailed test scripts and document results thoroughly.
• Report defects and collaborate with the team lead to facilitate swift resolutions.
• Validate bug fixes and perform comprehensive retests to ensure issues are addressed.
• Meet daily and weekly objectives, maintaining reliability and commitment to performance standards.
• Ensure adherence to testing processes and quality standards in all tasks.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support testing across various platforms (web, mobile, internal applications).
• Communicate effectively with the team, providing clear and concise updates.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and deliverables.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously and adhere to processes precisely.
• Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new technologies and evolving project needs.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, able to independently locate and utilize resources.
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with diverse teams across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, particularly in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Solid experience in testing web applications, mobile apps, and various testing types (UI Design Testing, Copy Testing, End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing).
• Experience using test management tools such as Jira, ALM, or Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Understanding of test environments and effective use of test data to optimize testing processes.

• Certification in software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with backend systems like SAP and Oracle CC&B (Customer and Billing Management Platform for Utility companies).
• Experience with collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Confluence, or Figma.
• Experience with accessibility testing tools (JAWS, Lighthouse, NVDA, Talkback, VoiceOver).
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI.
