As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation that enhances communication between development teams and stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping documentation strategies, establishing best practices, and ensuring clarity and accuracy in technical materials. This role requires a strong technical background, the ability to distill complex concepts into accessible documentation, and leadership in driving documentation standards.

• Work closely with the Head of Operations to develop comprehensive technical documentation.
• Define and implement documentation standards and best practices.
• Create detailed and structured specifications for software features and systems.
• Develop and maintain internal and external documentation, including proprietary frameworks like "Tungsten."
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly materials for various audiences, including developers, clients, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in documentation.
• Lead documentation reviews and provide guidance to junior technical writers.
• Advocate for user-friendly documentation and contribute to process improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in documenting software architectures, APIs, and development processes.
• Ability to create clear, structured, and well-organized documentation for various audiences.
• Experience with user stories, flowcharts, and visual documentation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and lead documentation initiatives.

• Background in software development or engineering.
• Familiarity with content management systems or documentation tools.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Mentorship experience in guiding junior technical writers.
