We are looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Blazor Developer to play a key role in building and enhancing a next-generation SaaS Treasury Management Software Solution. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in .NET technologies, particularly Blazor, and contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining a secure, scalable, and high-performing financial application.

Their expertise lies in creating high-performance, user-friendly financial software that meets the evolving needs of the industry while maintaining strict compliance with financial regulations.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance a SaaS-based treasury management platform using .NET 9 and Blazor.
• Build robust front-end and back-end components, ensuring scalability and security.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to define software requirements.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Work with SQL Server and other relational databases to optimize queries and data structures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry security standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices within the team.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the FinTech space.

• 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
• Strong expertise in Blazor for modern web application development.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience in building projects from scratch and working with SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
• Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git for version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in FinTech, particularly Treasury Management, Payments, or Financial Software.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for efficient software lifecycle management.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Large Language Models (LLM):
  • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM-based solutions.
  • Ability to integrate AI/ML capabilities into web and cloud-based applications.
