We are looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to drive agile best practices and optimize software development processes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of agile delivery, ensuring teams work efficiently and predictably. • Leading and coaching software development teams on Agile best practices, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Implementing structured sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery tracking using JIRA or similar tools.
• Analyzing sprint metrics to optimize team performance and improve predictability.
• Collaborating with distributed or offshore teams to ensure seamless agile execution.
• Facilitating stakeholder communication, aligning development, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Ensuring alignment between development and testing teams, supporting QA and DevOps processes.

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach within software development teams.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks, with experience rolling out agile best practices across teams.
• Strong sprint planning and backlog management skills, ensuring work is properly estimated and delivered on time.
• Hands-on experience managing JIRA (or similar tools) to enforce structured workflows and real-time tracking.
• Ability to analyze sprint metrics and optimize performance, improving predictability and efficiency.
• Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage developers, QA, DevOps, and business leaders.
• Understanding of QA and DevOps workflows, ensuring alignment between development and testing teams.

• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) highly desirable.
• Background in software development, QA, or DevOps is an advantage but not required.
• Experience working in travel, e-commerce, or financial services industries preferred.
• Ability to influence teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, driving improvements without direct authority.
