The Scrum Master will be responsible for leading multiple Scrum teams, guiding them through the Scrum process, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles. This role involves creating high-performing environments, coaching teams to self-organize, and facilitating key scrum events to ensure optimal team productivity and successful product delivery.

• Serve as a servant-leader for multiple scrum teams, empowering team members and building a foundation of trust.
• Coach teams to follow agile practices, promote self-management, and enhance scrum maturity.
• Resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate key scrum events, such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
• Communicate project timelines, risks, and progress to stakeholders effectively.
• Make data-driven decisions and continuously improve team performance.
• Shield teams from external disruptions to ensure optimal productivity.
• Address and anticipate potential impediments related to culture, logistics, or team dynamics.

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product development and delivery organization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices, particularly the Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proven track record of guiding high-performing scrum teams to successfully deliver SaaS products.

• Leadership experience in a Scrum Master or Team Lead role, with a deep understanding of Scrum/Agile principles.
• Familiarity with Business System domain knowledge.
• Experience working with global teams.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Proven experience leading teams to successful project delivery.
