Role Overview:

The Hubspot CRM Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Growth and Sales teams by streamlining workflows, ensuring seamless automation, and enhancing data integration across marketing and revenue operations. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with expertise in HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.

Job Description:

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, and integrations with other tools.
  • Improve marketing and sales processes by automating repetitive tasks and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and data teams to provide actionable insights and reporting.
  • Configure and maintain pipeline management, lead scoring, and attribution models within HubSpot and other marketing platforms.
  • Integrate HubSpot with third-party applications to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in data cleanup and enrichment efforts to improve database integrity.
  • Support the sales team with real-time reporting dashboards and analytics insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and GDPR policies.

Qualifications:

  • HubSpot certification (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or similar credentials).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
  • Ability to work with no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or similar platforms).
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Ability to optimize and manage lead funnels, sales pipelines, and revenue tracking.
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.

Optional/Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Basic understanding of SQL and Python (helpful for data-related tasks).
  • Experience with other CRM or RevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot alternatives).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement.
