This is not your typical sales job. This is an opportunity to build your own book of business within a business and learn entrepreneurial skills to help you stand out. 

Now, we’re hiring a high-energy Growth AE to lead sales from the front: someone to handle warm outreach, inbound leads, runs discovery calls, and close deals - working directly with our founder CEO (based in Miami), who is actively leading sales strategy.

You won’t be managing any other team members. This is a pure individual contributor role focused on execution.

✅ Be more than a BDR – You’ll run discovery calls, manage your pipeline, and work with recruiters to close deals.

✅ Global team, fast growth – We’ve got teams in Miami, London, Argentina, Brazil, the Philippines, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔎 Social Selling & Prospecting 

  • Build a consistent, high-trust presence on LinkedIn with expert guidance.
  • Connect with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers across tech and SaaS.
  • Use Loom, DMs, voice notes, and comment strategy to book meetings.
  • Hunt smartly—no mass blasting. Personal, tailored outreach only.

🎯 Inbound Discovery & Pipeline Management 

  • Take warm leads from content, referrals, and founder-led intros.
  • Run consultative discovery calls to understand hiring needs supported by our CEO or CTO.
  • Align with our recruiters to brief roles and drive successful placements.
  • Follow up, nurture, and guide clients through the decision-making process.

📈 Growth & Closing

  • Close small deals yourself or add in the CTO and / or founder CEO depending on complexity.
  • Track your deals in HubSpot and maintain a consistent, structured pipeline
  • Provide input into sales playbooks, messaging, and what’s working.
  • Build momentum—this is a “build your own book” role with long-term upside.

You’ll Need:

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales (BDR, SDR, AE, or hybrid roles).
  • Strong written + verbal communication—video-friendly is a must.
  • Confidence using LinkedIn, Sales Nav, Loom, and CRM tools.
  • U.S.-based and open to 4 paid meetups per year in Miami and other locations.
  • Bonus: Experience in tech, recruitment, or consulting-style sales.
