As a Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality web applications and digital solutions. Your expertise in .NET frameworks, particularly ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core, will drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable and secure digital experiences. While prior experience with specific CMS platforms like Umbraco or Kentico is a plus, candidates will receive comprehensive training and support to enhance their skills in these areas. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of projects. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the mentoring of junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX).
• Work with databases, primarily Microsoft SQL, and demonstrate familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including Scrum, and utilize project management tools like Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for performance and SEO.
• Create and manage components for content management systems (CMS) such as Umbraco or Kentico.
• Engage with stakeholders, including digital marketing teams, to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and improve application functionality.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
• At least 4+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Mastery of building responsive and accessible UI components, with expertise in frameworks like AngularJS, React, or VueJS.
• Database Management: Understanding of relational databases (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Atlassian Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Trello.

• Experience with CMS tools, particularly Umbraco or Kentico.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and SEO best practices.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (e.g., Azure Portal, Google Maps API, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design practices.
• Previous experience working with PHP is a plus.
• Knowledgeable with the use of storybook.
