We are looking for a Front-End Focused Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in UI/UX development, mobile optimization, and component-driven design. While some backend knowledge is beneficial, this role primarily focuses on front-end development.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, scalable web applications, optimizing them for mobile performance and progressive web apps (PWAs). Your role will also involve utilizing modern component libraries, ensuring seamless user experiences, and driving best practices in front-end development.

• Develop and optimize front-end applications, ensuring high performance and mobile responsiveness.
• Utilize Tailwind CSS, Vue, and React to create scalable, reusable components.
• Implement component libraries such as ShadCN, Tailwind UI, and Storybook to maintain UI consistency.
• Build and enhance Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) for seamless mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-quality, interactive user interfaces.
• Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and SEO best practices.
• Maintain a strong focus on front-end testing and debugging.
• Participate in Agile development processes using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• API Integration - Work with backend developers to integrate APIs effectively (though API development is not the primary focus).
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on front-end best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, specializing in front-end development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
• Strong experience with either Vue/Angular/React frameworks.
• Expertise in Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as ShadCN, Tailwind UI, and Storybook.
• Proven experience optimizing applications for mobile devices and PWAs.
• Experience with responsive components.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Experienced in Jira and Confluence.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Umbraco or Kentico.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.
