LEAD QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) SPECIALIST

• Review requirements, specification and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases;
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities;
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open source tools;
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved;
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs;
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Developers and Project Managers) to identify system requirements;
• Monitor debugging process results;
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions;

• Tend to be involved in the Project planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities and tasks.
• Estimate the testing to be done and negotiate with management to acquire the necessary resources
• Lead, guide and monitor the test execution of the test cases, test scripts and procedures
• I’ll make sure the test environment is put into place before test execution and managed during test execution
• Coordinate to developers/assigned team for defects being found
• Schedule the QA tests for execution and then monitor

• Prepares Test cases and Test Data, and Test Status report
• Performs System Acceptance Testing (SAT), Performs Live Testing, Regression Testing
• Executes all assigned test cases, Logs and tracks all defects encountered
• Re-tests fixed defects and verified fixed is for closure
